Steve & Annette Woods
Steve and Annette met as seniors at Palmetto High School in Miami, where at the time Annette was a German foreign exchange student. After high school Annette returned to Germany and Steve was drafted into the US Army. Four years later while Annette was a college student and Steve was stationed in Germany they married and soon after Steve was reassigned to the US.
Two years later after Steve returned from Vietnam he was released from active duty and the couple settled in Miami with their new son Ken. Steve entered college as a full time student while at the same time was able to use his skills as an army aviator to get a job as a police pilot. It was during this time that their second son Colin was born.
After graduating from college Steve was considering law school and Annette had her sights set on a career in accounting. It was about this time that a fellow pilot invited them to an Amway meeting. Seeing the potential the Amway business could give them, they decided to register and get started. This turned out to be one of the best decisions of their lives. After building their Amway business part time to the Emerald level, Steve was able to take an early retirement from government service.
Steve and Annette soon went on to the Diamond level with a business that now spans the globe. Today they live a very satisfying and comfortable life in South Florida. Yes, there were many peaks and valleys during their Amway journey, but the dream of personal freedom and self-determination always kept them motivated and moving in the right direction.
Today, Steve and Annette, along with Ken, Colin and their families, work together in building their family’s Amway business. They have combined their efforts and take a great deal of comfort, pride and satisfaction in knowing that the efforts invested by Steve and Annette over four decades ago will provide an opportunity for generations to come.

Ken and Jennifer met in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the United States Air Force Academy. After graduation, Jennifer went on to graduate school and got her master’s degree at The Ohio State University before going into the intelligence field; Ken went on to become a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. After several assignments, and while living in the Washington D.C. area, they decided to start a family and leave the Air Force. Given the opportunity to join Ken’s parents in their family business, they moved to Florida, where they still live today.
Ken and Jennifer have been married over 25 years and have two grown sons, Tyler and Ryan. They love the outdoors (especially fishing and boating), traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and business associates all over the country. As a family, they are also very active in their church, and their faith is an important part of who they are. They are are excited to be in a business which promotes family legacy and allows them to partner with great people around the world.
Colin & Cheryl Woods
Colin is a Certified IT Professional and Cheryl a Licensed Massage Therapist. Colin has been involved with the family Amway business for the last several years. They are very proud of Amway’s high quality products, such as L.O.C. and eSpring. Colin & Cheryl are strong supporters of traditional family values with a deep commitment to their Christian faith. They have been married for over 25 years, and have one son, John.
